Job Responsibilities:<\/strong>
\n– Perform routine maintenance according to the daily\/weekly checklist
\n– Identify and investigate damage to machine components and machinery
\n– Solving problems on machines\/equipment during breakdowns
\n– Comply with all applicable regulations, policies and procedures for health, safety and environmental compliance
\n– Perform routine preventive maintenance on a daily\/weekly basis.
\n– Check the condition of mechanical parts\/tools.
\n– Record & report missing parts and abnormalities in machinery equipment.
\n– Implement & complete CMMS, daily checklist.
\n– Perform improvements & modifications on a project basis.

-Initial the purchase inquiry, carry out vendor evaluation, price comparison, negotiation and recommend order in accordance with company policies.<\/div>\n
-Generate PO to the awarded suppliers and submit for approval.<\/div>\n
-Follow up delivery schedule and ensure timely and continuity of supply.<\/div>\n
-Monitor supplier’s delivery performance and evaluation.<\/div>\n
